Narwal, the new joint venture from Lakeside Partners and furrerhugi, is aimed at both startups and well-established companies in the blockchain sector. It will provide them advice on location strategy, how to develop communication strategies as well as preparing for Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).
“Startups that want to succeeded in the blockchain world need tailor-made public relations strategies and services. They must address and convince potential investors, future customers and regulators alike,” according to a joint statement.
Located in Zug, Lakeside Partners is made up of group of entrepreneurs who invest in early stage companies. It also currently assists over 100 blockchain companies in its own Crypto Valley Labs. furrerhugi is a leading communications agency with a broad network. Both companies want to contribute their expertise to the new company and develop a collaborative consulting approach.
Lakeside Partners and furrerhugi are also co-project leaders of the Swiss Blockchain Task Force, which is under the patronage of Swiss federal councillors Ueli Maurer and Johann Schneider-Ammann. The task force “aims to maintain Switzerland’s leading position in geopolitical competition as a location for the crypto and blockchain industry”.
